Do I need to know how to code?
You can use guided setup, product forms, themes and page editors to create your store. Custom domain setup also requires adding DNS records with your domain provider.
Does AI publish the store for me?
No. AI assistance can help you generate and improve content when it is enabled. You review the results, make your changes and choose when to publish.
How do customers pay?
The current selling workflow supports Tunisia cash on delivery. Payments and refunds are handled outside StoreForge; you record them here after they happen. Recording a payment does not charge a card, and recording a refund does not send money.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on an eligible plan when custom-domain hosting is enabled. Add your domain, verify ownership and DNS routing, and publish your store. The domain becomes active after HTTPS is ready.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. You can update your theme, colours, page sections, products and content. Preview and review your changes before saving them.
